When you work with Smith & Co. on your next project, we will work closely with you throughout the process to ensure that we can help you achieve the living space you have always wanted. Our design process features the following steps.
A run-through of your expectations, measurements of each room, and your design ideas will be shared in this meeting. We can meet in the office, or we will come to you. This consultation is free if we meet in the showroom. If an in-home consultation is necessary, there is a retainer fee that can later be applied towards your purchase.
After we (you and our team) decide to move forward we will quote our services and your design. This quote will be broken down by room if you have multiple. You will be able to see a 3D rendering of your space if applicable.
After sending the quote and initial renderings we will make changes as needed (up to three at no additional charge). During this process, we will be meeting with you to make sure every part of the design is just how you would like it.
After all of the design elements are final we will place orders in a way that correlates with the project timeline. We will communicate with contractors, product dealers, and anyone in-between to keep your project moving diligently.
Installation can be daunting, but we will be following up with your contractor, builder, installer, and especially you during this process to make sure everything goes smoothly.
This is the fun part for you, the client, and for us! After waiting for your dream space it is finally time to move your things back into their rightful place in your home.
